Our morning

Hi everyone,

We really enjoyed our night time activities and were tucked up in bed by 11pm as we were shattered! Everyone had a decent sleep and we enjoyed sleeping in our own rooms.

We got up early this morning and oh how much fun we had making our sandwiches for the first time. I thought that Miss Fountain told you all to let us practise....cleary, by the lumps of butter we were eating, we needed a little more training. We are sure it will get easier as the week goes on and we'll be experts by Friday.

We went to Brie for the morning and did a town trail which was a great way to see the town. There was a brilliant market and we had an hour to spend our [well...technically yours] hard earned cash! We have bought lots of presents and we are excited to get back and surprise you all with our delights.

We had our lunch in a lovely park and spent some time on the play park before heading off to the chocolate factory.

The journey to the factory wasn't long but out tour guide had lots of songs for us to listen to on the way and she was taking requests which was fun - it was like a party disco bus and we all had a good sing song!

When we arrived at the chocolate factory, we watched a 3D movie about how it was made and where it comes from - they even told us that it was good for you!!! We then got the chance to taste some samples - they were delicious! [You can see some pictures soon - check out the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory snap!]

We are just in the swimming pool now and the sun is shining! What a brilliant day we have had so far and it is not even over yet! Thanks so much for letting us come. Miss Fountain has been passing on your messages, so keep them coming.

Off to Paris tomorrow - oh la la!!!! We are sooooooo excited.

Hope all is well back home and that you're not missing us too much!

Lots of love,

The French Gang x x x x
